You can download the plugin from here.

At the moment, I'm not currently hosting the plugin files myself because I've been too busy to get them uploaded. In case anyone wants it, the link is above - and since it still works under OS X (it's not pretty, but it does work), I figure there's a chance I might try to fix the cosmetic flaws.
