The shed saga continues...
So, I had my Zoning Board Appeal on Tuesday. I found out yesterday that I was "denied without prejudice" - which means, apparently, that I can appeal it again. It also apparently means that while I broke the rules, there is no other reason for them to deny it - in other words, my neighbors don't care, but the board apparently wants to try to teach me a lesson.
So, does anyone want to buy a slightly used shed?
We're also looking into what we would need to do to move the shed. A co-worker suggested we go Roman and roll it along on logs to the other side of the yard. That might work, but I would need several cases of beer and many friends to help me - if I'm moving it, it's going to need to be turned around and some other interesting manuvers.
The board asked me if I had considered moving it - I replied that it's a 10' x 10' x 10' shed, and it's not like I can just pick it up. If heavy equipment is used to move it, that means that the chain-link fence will need to be moved, and that they might wreck the curb - adding to the expense of this whole thing.
Does anyone out there on the internet have any useful suggestions?

How about one party to deconstruct and another to reconstruct?
