By using my website, you agree to the following:

Quotes from the site may be taken, as long as you attribute myself or my site, per my Creative Commons license.

You can look at the images, but please don't hotlink them (i.e. embed a link from your site and then use the image on my site). For one thing, there's a good chance that you'll end up with the Davey icon instead. For another, while I don't mind sharing the images I've found and posted (as long as you attribute the image to myself or the correct copyright holder, where applicable), I DO mind you sucking up my bandwidth. That's why Davey is there. Right-click on the file, save it to your computer, and upload it to your own site. It's 30 seconds of your life. If you don't, and you manage to get around Davey, then you'll regret it. Trust me.

Linking is not a crime. The link helps build up a sites credibility on the internet - the fact that I'm linking to your site is, in fact, a favor that I'm doing for you. Free of charge. Don't whine about it. Your Google Page Rank thanks me - leave it at that.

Quoting a web site or page is not a crime. It's called Fair Use If I quote your site, then that means I'm taking your words and probably using them to prove a point. If it's a point that you help support, then I thank you. If it's a point wherein I prove that you don't seem to know what you are saying or doing, then I apologize for taking your own words and using them against you, but you put them on the internet, and that makes them fair game. If you have a problem with what I've quoted or how I've quoted you, please feel free to make a comment on the post in question and I will be sure to look into the matter.

You cannot sue me. Well, ok, you can try. However... if it's for anything except libel then the venue shall be in New Haven, CT, and you will have to pay any and all of my legal fees either way. If you attempt to sue or threaten me for doing anything on my site, especially for something that falls under Fair Use, then there will be an administrative fee of $5000 per email or lawsuit.
